The conference/registration fee, which covers registration fee, conference materials, welcome cocktail, lunches, refreshments during the coffee breaks, conference dinner and the cost of subsequent publication is:
- €250 (Early Bird Registration by February 16, 2018)
- €280 (Registration Fee- Deadline: by March 16, 2018)
- €200 (Student Fee (B.A. M.A. and Ph.D. Students – Proof is required – Valid Student ID- by February 16, 2018)
*Student fee does not cover lunches and the conference dinner.
Students enrolled in a college or university can register as a student for the reduced rate. Proof of status from the Registrar's office verifying status is required to process your registration. Participants who are willing to pay student fee are required to send an up-to-date proof of status from their universities and will be asked to show their student IDs during conference registration.

Abstracts of papers, workshops or posters in the range of 200-250 words should be sent via the conference website using both Abstract Submission form by January 10, 2018 (extended deadline).Each participant will have the opportunity to present 2 papers. You will be notified about the status of your submission by January 15, 2018.
